PROMOTION PERIOD
This Black Friday offer runs for one day only on Friday 29th November. Purchases made outside of this period will not qualify for the additional value bonus.

ELIGIBILITY
This offer is available to customers who:

• Purchase a gift voucher through our website at https://www.mamasdininggroup.com.au/vouchers during the promotion period.

• Are aged 18 years or older.

• Make a minimum purchase of $50 to unlock the 20% extra value.

• Employees of MAMAS Dining Group and their immediate family members are excluded from participating.

• Vouchers, including their bonus value, cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts. They are also not valid for purchasing other vouchers, gift cards, or cash substitutes.

PROMOTION DETAILS

• Customers who purchase gift vouchers during the Promotion Period will receive a 20% bonus on the total voucher value. For example:

  • Buy a $100 voucher and receive $120 in total value.

  • Buy a $200 voucher and receive $240 in total value.

• Minimum spend: $50.

• The 20% bonus applies to all voucher denominations available at https://www.mamasdininggroup.com.au/vouchers.

• Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the issue date.

 

VOUCHER USAGE​

• Vouchers are redeemable only at MAMAS Dining Group venues.

• Both the voucher and its additional value are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• If a transaction exceeds the voucher's value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

• Unused amounts will not be refunded or credited.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Vouchers purchased during the promotion are non-refundable.

• Any bonus value (20%) will be forfeited if the original voucher purchase is refunded.
   

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Voucher availability, including denominations, is subject to stock and capacity. MAMAS Dining Group reserves the right to limit voucher quantities per customer during the promotion.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION

​MAMAS Dining Group reserves the right to change, pause, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice. In cases of system issues, misuse, or force majeure, vouchers may be cancelled, and the purchase price refunded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MAMAS Dining Group will not be held responsible for:

• Losses, damages, or difficulties redeeming vouchers due to technical or unforeseen issues.

• Vouchers being used improperly by unauthorised persons or third parties.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes arising from this promotion will be subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
